It’s a Plaid Party

It’s a plaid kinda party! I really loved how the plaid background stamp worked so well on these balloon stamps (not to mention it saved me from having to color them with markers).  I blended distress oxide inks to make sure the balloons and background paper matched, and then used just a portion of the recently released Happy Birthday Cover Plate die to ensure the balloons had their own space.
