Gnome Denying It

This week is an open challenge to make anything you want, but I chose to stay with a birthday card, as I can never have too many of those on hand.  I’ve kept the slimline card relatively simple, with the main focus being the feature image, Gnome-tastic Birthday Cake from Polkadoodles’ gnome collection.  I colored him with Copic markers, fussy cut him out and used foam tape to adhere him to a double-layered stitched circle.  I raised a die cut of Swiss dots for the background, cut the same die again with black and red cardstock and randomly glued the red and black dots onto the background. I taped that onto two more layers of black and then red cardstock. I then added a flag die cut gnome sentiment to complete the card.
