I very rarely miss a birthday, and I’m utterly ashamed when I do. LOL. This card features the recently released Party Moo’d stamp set from Whimsy Stamps, as well as the older Milk Can die set. Sadly, this card will go into the mail today for a birthday I knew about, but failed to get a card in the mail in time.
