Maybe it’s the extreme heat this year, but there seems to be a common theme these days with ocean images, including these adorable images from Whimsy Stamps. I made a “portal” hole with a standard circle die for shell-shaped shaker elements as a perfect backdrop for this cute creature. Adding some Octo Elements and “water” drops finished off the card.
