These fabulous challenges are helping me get my Christmas cards done early! This week I’ve made a card using a Christmas animal with the addition of a gift tag. The featured animals for my card are the adorable penguins from Penguin Gifts of the Winnie White Christmas collection. I printed one at the standard size and reduced the other to fit on the tag. I colored them both with Copic markers and added dots and stripes to the scarf and gifts.
I die-cut the small image out with a tag die, layering it on red paper, and adding a simple sentiment. I die-cut the standard size with a cross-stitch circle and layered it as well. The coordinating patterned background papers are from the Wintertime 6×6 Paper Pack. I assembled the card adding a few die-cut embellishments to complete it.
