I’m just a neon-girl in a neon-world! I’m not exactly certain what flavor this frosting is, maybe pistachio? Candy apple? But I love these Cupcake dies from Whimsy Stamps. Die cut them from colored cardstock, or color them with markers, they’re sure to be yummy!
