I love the expression on what looks to me like a love-sick otter. Those eyes just make me melt. And to boot he’s just one of four adorable images on the Otters stamp set from C.C. Designs. I thought the heart he’s holding would complete the ‘kisses-n-hugs’ banner just perfectly.
